We guarantee that all products are described as accurately as possible, including carat weight, metal purity, and gemstone details.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in gold, diamond, and gemstone markets.

We accept multiple payment methods including UPI, debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and approved online gateways.

Full payment must be received before order processing or shipment

4. Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email or message confirmation with your order details.

RBStar Jewels reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.

5. Custom Orders

Custom-made or personalized jewelry orders require 80% advance payment before production begins.

Custom designs, engraved items, or modified jewelry are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

The design approval provided by you is final. Any later changes may incur additional charges.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We offer nationwide and international shipping through trusted courier partners.

Shipping times vary depending on location.

Once shipped, RBStar Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or customs.

You will receive a tracking ID once your parcel is dispatched.

7. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product, with unboxing video proof.

Products must be unworn, unused, and returned with original packaging and certificate.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 2-3 working days after inspection.

Custom-made and engraved jewelry pieces cannot be returned or refunded.

8. Jewelry Care & Warranty

All RBStar Jewels pieces are made with certified materials and expert craftsmanship.

We provide 6 months of complimentary cleaning and polishing service on eligible products.

Damage due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling is not covered under warranty.

9. Certification & Authenticity

Every diamond(above 1ct) and gemstone product is accompanied by a quality certificate from trusted labs (IGI, GIA, or in-house certification).

We guarantee authenticity of all materials — including metal purity, diamond quality, and gemstone type.

10. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, logos, and content on RBStar Jewels’ platforms are intellectual property of the brand.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content or product designs is strictly prohibited.

Your personal and payment details are handled with strict confidentiality.

We never sell, trade, or share your information with third parties, except as necessary to complete your purchase.
